You were kicked from the server by the Server Anti-Spam measure

If you're receiving the following message "You were kicked from the server by the Server (Anti-Spam measure, you are able to reconnect in 00:00:05). also in the control panel it says i am unable to change any settings at this time.", then you most likely have corrupted the permission settings within your server.

To correct this issue you will need to restore your Teamspeak 3 server.
